Industrial project management across North America
TherMQ supports owners, OEMs and plant operators throughout their pressure equipment and industrial projects, from estimate to final handover. Our approach relies on a structured method, tight risk control and clear tracking of cost, schedule and quality.
Whether you are buying a heat exchanger, fabricating a batch of vessels or installing a process skid, an industrial project brings together many parties: engineering, fabrication shops, material suppliers, authorized inspectors and regulators. TherMQ acts as your single point of contact and protects your interests at every step.
We work for private and public clients across Canada and the United States, on a full mandate or on a specific part: estimating, planning, coordination or audit.

Frequently asked questions
Can you handle only part of our project?
Yes. We can take on a specific part, such as the estimate, the schedule or a shop audit, or manage the project from start to finish.
Do you work with the shop of our choice?
Yes. We can act as your representative with the shop you selected, or propose qualified shops from our network.
Do you work in the United States?
Yes. We support projects in Canada and the United States, taking each jurisdiction's requirements into account.
How are your fees set?
Based on the scope: a fixed price for a defined deliverable, or an hourly rate for ongoing support. We provide a detailed proposal before starting.
Do our documents stay confidential?
Yes. Your drawings, prices and project data are handled confidentially, and a non-disclosure agreement can be signed from the first exchange.
A project to structure?
Tell us about your project, even at an early stage: we will propose an approach and an estimate for our mandate.
